ShippingGeneral Shipping InformationThe Intimate Boutique offers free standard shipping on any order over $30 within the continental US only. Please select Standard Shipping when checking out. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed when you click the "Apply" button before finalizing your order. Orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label return address will show "TIB" as the sender of the package. Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you may follow the path and delivery date of your package. Some orders may ship from multiple locations or on separate dates depending on the items ordered. IMPORTANT NOTE:Your billing address is a very important step. Your billing address must match the address shown on your credit card statement. This is an important security measure which protects against fraud. If we do not get a match, this may hold up the processing of your order. We do report any and all fraudulent activity to law enforcement. Processing TimeIn most cases, orders are processed within 1 business day after the order is received. We stock many, but not all, items on our site. Orders will typically ship in approximately 1-5 business (not weekend) days, depending on the brand and the item(s) ordered (we have estimated shipping availability on each product page to better assist you). All orders typically arrive within 3 - 10 business days (M-F, not including weekends or holidays).Domestic Shipping OptionsSTANDARD SHIPPING: Orders can be shipped to the 48 contiguous states via standard shipping. These orders will usually ship USPS First Class or Priority, depending on the weight of the package. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive after the item is shipped, although most often shipping does not take that long. Processing time remains the same.PRIORITY SHIPPING: Orders can be shipped to all 50 states using Priority shipping for a flat rate of $8.00. These orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, and can be expected to arrive in 2-3 business days after the order has shipped. Processing time remains the same.
International Shipping OptionsAll International orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery is 6 - 10 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Tracking information is provided at the time of shipment.Please note that in some cases our estimated days until shipment might reflect a drop shipment, and most manufacturers will not drop ship outside of the US. Therefore, it may take an additional few days for us to receive the item in order to ship to you.
You are responsible for assuring that the products can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us. If you choose not to accept your package and pay for the taxes, we will either abandon the shipment or have it reshipped back to the United States. All additional fees incurred will be deducted from your purchase amount. If the cost to return the item is more than or equal to your purchase, you will receive no refund. |
